Dependable Remodelling Prep & Home Repairs in Roanoke, VA

Home Improvements Shouldn't Be Stressful

Demolition Plus LLC started with a simple belief: home improvements shouldn't be stressful, messy, or filled with broken promises. Too many homeowners in our community struggled to find reliable help for jobs that sat right between basic handyman fixes and major construction contracts. Meanwhile, regional general contractors were regularly bogged down by tedious prep work—like gutting bathrooms, scraping up old tile, and hauling heavy debris—pulling their best carpenters away from critical build phases.

Founded to Make Home Projects Less Stressful

Founder Eugene Hargrow launched Demolition Plus LLC to bridge that gap. Equipped with hands-on building experience and a strong work ethic, he built a company capable of handling tough teardowns alongside detailed finish work. Whether rolling out high-durability interior paint, hanging seamless drywall, repairing weathered decks, or clearing entire residential floors, our focus has always stayed consistent: do the job right the first time, protect the homeowner's living space, and finish on time.

Today, Demolition Plus LLC remains a proud locally operated enterprise. We do not treat projects like quick numbers on a spreadsheet. We treat our clients like neighbors, arriving on time, offering free up-front estimates, and cleaning up thoroughly before we pack our trucks. That focus on quality over speed has earned us a steady stream of word-of-mouth referrals and 5-star ratings from Roanoke to Smith Mountain Lake
