Our Step-by-Step Process

From First Call to Final Walkthrough

Every Demolition Plus LLC project follows the same clear steps, so homeowners and general contractors know exactly what to expect from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Initial Inquiry & Free Estimate

You contact us by phone or online, and we schedule a convenient time to visit your home or jobsite. We review the scope, answer your questions, and provide a free up-front estimate with no surprises.

Site Protection & Planning

Before any work begins, we cover floors, furniture, and walkways and mark the areas that will be opened or removed. We confirm the schedule with you and with any general contractor on the job.

Demolition or Repair Work

Our crew handles selective interior demolition, tile and subfloor removal, or repairs such as decking, drywall, and paint. We work in controlled stages and check each phase before moving on.

Daily Cleanup & Final Walkthrough

We clean up debris and haul it away at the end of each day, then complete a final walkthrough with you. We review the finished work together and address any items before we pack our trucks.
